OSM is our online administration system. It allows you as a parent/member to view your membership details, sign up for activities, set-up payments for subs and camps and also update any changes in your personal details.
We also use GoCardless as our preferred payment method but this is automatically set as the default payment system by OSM. Below are two documents that provide the basics for OSM and for GoCardless payments.
